To fulfill orders we may collect: your game account, login method (PTC / Google / Facebook) and password, contact details (e.g. email), and order-related information.
2. How we use it
The above is used only to complete your recharge order, provide after-sales and security assistance, and conduct necessary reconciliation and support communication.
3. Storage & retention of credentials
Account credentials such as passwords are stored encrypted (never in plaintext). We retain these credentials long-term — because, over our 6 years of operation, nearly ten users have contacted us for help after forgetting their own account password. Keeping encrypted credentials lets us assist you if you forget yours later.
4. What we will never do
We will never ask for your password, verification codes, or any private information by email or chat, and we never sell your personal information. Anyone requesting such information in our name is not us — please stay alert.
5. Third parties
We do not share your information with third parties unrelated to fulfilling your order. Pokémon GO is operated by Niantic and others, with whom we are not affiliated (see Legal Notice).
6. Password-recovery help
If you forget a past account password, contact us at support@dreamofdragon.org or via our Taobao store pokecoins.taobao.com, and we will assist you after verifying your identity.
