Recent market incidents have seen players' coins being reversed, affecting some of our Taobao store customers and merchants. After detailed investigation, we solemnly declare and legally guarantee that these coin reversals were caused by certain competitors' upstream suppliers illegally using fraudulent payment methods.
Incident Explanation
These coin reversals were not caused by recent top-ups, but by top-ups from months or even a year ago. The reason is that black card top-ups mostly involve credit card fraud. After victims discover the fraud and report to their banks, the banks then request chargebacks from the game company. This process involves multiple parties and verification procedures, typically taking months or longer. Due to this long time span, misunderstandings have arisen between innocent merchants and affected consumers.

- •The involved parties allegedly used combination recharge methods (e.g., 14500 coins + 550 coins), where the 550 coin portion was suspected to be purchased with fraudulent cards, causing recent concentrated chargeback issues

Our Position
We note that the involved merchants have actively communicated with customers and provided compensation or refunds, which we acknowledge as responsible behavior. However, we must remind all merchants: using fraudulent payment methods is illegal in any country. Refunds or compensation alone cannot fully avoid legal risks. Integrity in business is not only a responsibility to consumers but also a necessary condition for maintaining a fair market environment.
Regarding False Accusations
Additionally, we have noticed that over the past year, some competitors have made false accusations and defamatory statements about our store through social media. We have consistently chosen to ignore these. We understand the diversity of market competition, respect legitimate competitive practices, and understand the pressures and challenges faced by competitors. However, we firmly oppose damaging competitors' reputations through false information.
